The Regent by Auro Realty is a large-scale 3 BHK development by Aurobindo Realty in Kondapur, one of Hyderabad's most sought-after IT-corridor neighbourhoods. The project spans two phases and is set to deliver around 1,400 to 1,500 homes across five towers — Esteem, Pristine, Serene, Celestine, and Dazzlene — each rising to G+39 floors. Homes range from approximately 1,497 to 2,191 sq ft, and residents will have access to a 50,000 sq ft Club Regent clubhouse, a 25×13m swimming pool with a kids' pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, 100% generator backup, and courts for basketball, tennis, badminton, and squash. Phase 1 possession is expected in 2026–27, with Phase 2 completing by 2028.
