Nemmadi is the registered brand name of various services of Home Inspection and Construction Workmanship Quality audits performed by Aadhya Didactics Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.

We at Nemmadi  practice high standards of professionalism, business ethics, and inspection procedures. We Team Nemmadi  subscribe to the following Code of Ethics in the course of our  business.

  • All Nemmadi team members shall be fair, honest and impartial, and act in good faith in dealing with the clients.
  • Team Nemmadi  shall not discriminate in providing the service on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, region of origin, or handicap, and shall comply with all local laws concerning discrimination.
  • Team Nemmadi shall not have any undisclosed conflict of interest with the client.
  • Team Nemmadi shall not accept or offer any commissions, rebates, profits, or other benefit from or to any third parties having financial interest in the property.
  • Team Nemmadi shall not disclose any information about the inspection or the client to a third party without written consent of the client, unless doing so is necessary to protect the safety of others or to comply with a law. 
  • Team Nemmadi shall always act in the interests of the client unless doing so violates a law, statute, or this Code of Ethics.
  • Team Nemmadi  shall use a written contract/email/electronic message that specifies the services to be performed, limitations of services, and fees.
  • Team Nemmadi shall comply with all government rules and regulations for all financial transactions like billing, collecting and remitting taxes payable to the government.
  • Team Nemmadi shall not perform or offer to perform, for an additional fee, any rectifications,  repairs or associated services to the structure for which the inspection has been performed as this constitutes conflict of interest.
