ASBL Spectra is a 1,182-apartment development by ASBL, rising across four towers of 4 basement levels plus 39 upper floors in the Financial District, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli — one of Hyderabad's most sought-after IT corridors. All homes are spacious 3 BHK configurations ranging from 1,980 to 2,220 sq ft, with 76 per cent of the site kept open. Amenities include a 75,000 sq ft clubhouse, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, a gymnasium, and four levels of basement parking with two dedicated spaces per unit. Possession is expected from May 2027 per RERA.
