Svasthya Mandala by Hatha Group

Svasthya Mandala is a boutique community of 64 independent 4 BHK villas by Hatha Group, set in Anugondahalli, off Varthur Road near Whitefield in East Bangalore. Each villa rises across three floors (ground plus two) with a built-up area of approximately 3,300 to 3,400 sq ft, and comes with its own garage with EV charger provision. The community offers a clubhouse with a conference room, a swimming pool, gym, yoga and meditation zones, and thoughtfully landscaped gardens featuring a biofiltration pond. The project was completed in August 2024.
