SNN Raj Serenity is a large residential community by SNN Estates, located on Begur Road off Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore. Spread across 9 towers of G+14 floors, the project offers around 1,100 apartments in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK configurations ranging from 1,200 to 2,180 sq ft. The clubhouse — at roughly 1.25 lakh sq ft — is one of the more expansive in South Bangalore, with a swimming pool, spa, yoga and aerobics studio, three indoor badminton courts, a mini theatre, a cricket pitch and even a golf simulator. The project received its occupancy certificate and completed handovers around January 2016.
