Signature Altius is a 542-home development by Signature, located at Kollur in Hyderabad. It comprises three towers rising stilt plus ground plus 11 floors, with 2 and 3 BHK homes ranging from 1,260 to 2,425 sq ft, giving buyers a wide choice of apartment sizes. The project offers a terrace swimming pool, an AC gym, a clubhouse, KONE automatic passenger lifts, STP-treated water recycled for landscaping and flushing, CCTV surveillance, and power backup for common areas and units. Possession is ready. The master toilet and kitchen tend to need the closest attention. Why should I get a home inspection at Signature Altius?
