About the Project
JRC Wild Woods by JRC
JRC Wild Woods is a low-rise gated community by JRC, located at Gattahalli off Sarjapur Road in East Bangalore. Phases I and II together span 370 homes across 7 towers of basement plus ground plus 4 floors, with 2 BHK units ranging from 1,300 to 1,575 sq ft and 3 BHK units from 1,850 to 2,665 sq ft. A third phase adds roughly 115 more homes in 2 additional towers, registered under RERA in April 2025. Residents enjoy a 31,000 sq ft clubhouse called Club Wild, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a gym and yoga pavilion, and indoor badminton and squash courts. Phases I and II are approaching handover, with possession from March 2026. As buyers prepare to take keys, an independent pre-possession inspection is the most reliable way to document every snag before you sign off.
Why Inspect Before Possession
The defects we routinely find in new apartments
In our pre-possession inspections at JRC Wild Woods, the foyer and the master-bedroom toilet are the areas our engineers flag most consistently. A notable pattern at this project is the share of services-related items — electrical fittings with no power supply, switch plates that need firmer fixing, and overhead showers that require proper fitting are among the recurring findings alongside the usual finishing work such as uneven wall paint and gaps around door frames. These are exactly the items the builder is obliged to rectify at no cost during your snagging window, provided they are documented properly before possession.
Civil & Structural
Hollow & cracked tiles, uneven plaster, improper slopes, gaps in joinery and wall undulations.
Electrical
Faulty earthing, reverse polarity, loose points, non-functional switches and inadequate load testing.
Plumbing
Leaking joints, low water pressure, blocked drains, improper traps and concealed-pipe seepage.
Dampness & Moisture
Thermal-camera & moisture-meter scans reveal hidden seepage before it becomes structural damage.

FAQ
Inspecting your JRC Wild Woods home — answered
Why should I get a home inspection at JRC Wild Woods?
A new home can look perfect yet hide defects in concealed plumbing, electrical earthing, tile bonding and waterproofing. An independent inspection before possession documents every issue with photos so JRC fixes them at their cost — not yours later.
When should I schedule — before or after possession?
Ideally during your snagging window, before you sign the possession letter — that is when the builder is still obligated to rectify defects. If you have already taken handover, an inspection still helps you raise issues within the defect-liability period.
How long does it take and when do I get the report?
A typical 3 BHK takes 3–4 hours on site. You receive a detailed PDF report with photographs, severity ratings and a builder follow-up letter on the 3rd working day.
What does the 1,200-point checklist cover?
Civil and finishing, electrical, plumbing, doors and windows, kitchen and bathrooms, and a dedicated dampness scan using thermal cameras and moisture meters.
Does Nemmadi also do RWA handover audits at JRC Wild Woods?
Yes. We have helped 55+ apartment societies audit common areas, amenities and infrastructure before accepting handover. If your JRC Wild Woods RWA is approaching handover, request an RWA audit quote.
