The project is spread across two wings, each rising from a basement and stilt level to four floors above ground — a low-to-mid-rise layout that gives the community a more open feel than the typical high-rise. Homes span 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations from roughly 683 to 2,277 sq ft, and the complex includes a chlorine-free swimming pool, an oxygen-infused gym, a centralised STP, 13-passenger automatic lifts per core, and EV charging at the car wash bay. Possession has been available since July 2023.
