Godrej Meridien is a 754-home development by Godrej Properties, located in Sector 106 off Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. It spreads across seven towers of G+34 floors each, with homes ranging from approximately 1,366 to 2,720 sq ft (super built-up area). The project is delivered in phases — Phase 1 handed over in September 2023, Phase 2 in January 2025, with the remaining towers following through late 2025 — making it largely ready to move into. Amenities include a 66,000 sq ft clubhouse, an indoor heated pool with jacuzzi alongside an outdoor swimming pool, a Ramona Braganza fitness studio, a 48-seat private theatre, and a 12-acre landscaped green zone. In our pre-possession inspections at Godrej Meridien, the finishing work draws the most attention from our engineers — hollow-sounding floor and dado tiles and missing lock-receiver caps on doors were consistent findings, and non-uniform wall paint and missing door-hinge screws were common across homes. More importantly, our engineers also flagged electrical safety: a number of power sockets were found wired with line and neutral reversed, which is a functional safety issue the builder is obliged to rectify free of cost during your snagging window once it is photographed and documented.
