Once your friend’s inspection is completed and their report is delivered — not when they enquire. Our team will confirm on WhatsApp when it’s on its way.
How does my friend get their ₹750 off?
Automatically. When our engineer books their inspection, ₹750 comes off the invoice. No code, nothing to remember.
Do I need to be a Nemmadi customer to refer someone?
No — anyone can refer. If you know someone taking possession, that’s enough.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No. Every friend whose inspection is completed earns you another ₹750.
My society is taking handover from the builder. Does that count?
An RWA handover audit is a different, much larger engagement. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll speak with your committee directly.
What happens after I hit send?
Our engineer calls your friend within one working day. If they book, the inspection happens at their convenience and the report is delivered on the 3rd working day.
Prefer to just send a name and number?
