Nemmadi is an offshoot of the parent company which is highly reputed in the construction industry and has been in existence since the year 1986, from where the knowledge and expertise is drawn from.
Nemmadi has successfully performed HOTO Audit for 30+ RWAs including the Big size RWA with over 2500 flats spanning over 33 acres of land.
Unlike others who have multiple Lines of Business with Inspection as one of the many activities, we are only into Construction inspections and with no other distracting interests ensuring specialised dedicated inspection service to clients.
We have a well defined Organisational structure with Qualified and experienced staff of 31 engineers and 4 support staff. We rigorously follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and accuracy of our inspection processes.
All our work is done inhouse and none of our technical audit is outsourced to external professionals. Thus controlling and ensuring the high standards of our inspection and reporting.
Having inspected projects of various Builders of all calibre for many years, Nemmadi has capabilities to address the objections that may arise in the course of audit as our findings will be based on National Building Code (NBC), relevant IS Codes and best industry practice.
Our inspection does not end with discovering Snags (defects) alone. We provide Root Cause Analysis for high priority snags like Dampness, Cracks in the Building and many more.
With vast experience in Construction of projects, we can provide Design audit of MEP (Mech, Elect, Plumbing) facilities for adequacy of capacities provided for the Apartment complexes under full occupancy.
Nemmadi also uses the latest tools and equipment like Thermal Imagers, Moisture metres, Laser measures, Laser Levels, Electrical fault detectors etc., to augment the professional audit.
Our Inspection report is pictorial, comprehensive, easy to read with annotation and description of Snag. We categorise the snags as high, medium and low priority for ease of monitoring the rectification work.
More importantly Nemmadi is not in the business of Facility Maintenance Service (FMS) nor does it collaborate with any FMS company as some of the FMS companies do claim to perform HOTO Audit at a fraction of our cost. The truth is such low offering is only possible because their ultimate goal is to bag the long term FMS engagement hence subsidising the quote for HOTO Audit and in the process not highlighting the snags which eventually get passed on as operational cost to the RWA.
With in depth knowledge of local construction methodology and practices, we are certainly more competent than many of the incumbent MNCs.
