Unlike many others in the market who are primarily into Home Interior or Real Estate rentals and offer Home Inspection as an Add-on service done superficially, we are only into Construction inspections and with no other distracting interests ensuring specialised dedicated inspection service.
We have a well defined Organisational structure with Qualified and experienced staff of 31 engineers and 4 support staff. We rigorously follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and accuracy of our inspection processes.
We use curated comprehensive checklists which have been evolved with our long experience. For instance we check nearly 1500 points in a 2000 sft Flat. This checklist when used in our Automated Inspection Management System (AIMS), ensures that not a single point is missed.
Having inspected projects of various Builders of all calibre for many years, Nemmadi has capabilities to address the objections that may arise in the course of audit as our findings will be based on National Building Code (NBC), relevant IS Codes and best industry practice.
Nemmadi also uses the latest tools and equipment like Thermal Imagers, Moisture metres, Laser measures, Laser Levels, Electrical fault detectors etc., to augment the professional audit.
Our Inspection report is pictorial, comprehensive, easy to read with annotation and description of Snag. We categorise the snags (defects) as high, medium and low priority for ease of monitoring the rectification work. We do not clutter the report with meaningless colourful statistics or unwanted /useless estimates or dimensions.
Apart from measuring Carpet area as per Indian standards IS:3861(2002), we have the capability to measure carpet area as defined by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). This is an Add-on service.
After the Home Inspection we can verify whether all the identified snags have been rectified or not. This is an Add-on service.
