Nemmadi.in is authorised by the virtue of its Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association to perform Consultancy in Engineering specialised in Construction Quality Management and Home Inspection.
We are also the founding members of the Home Inspection Association of India.

Any correction invalidates the report.
The status captured in the report is as on the date of inspection.
The inspection and the report do not cover the structural and design aspects of the building.
The inspection and the report do not cover Builder’s design of services like Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Elevators etc.,
The inspection and the report do not cover the statutory compliance of the building /Plot.
Though every effort is made to cover all the quality issues during Inspection, we will not be liable for any financial compensation & legal action for any missed issues or the issues not apparent on the date of inspection and may surface in future.
As Nemmadi.in is a 3rd party the report is not intended to be a general verdict on the quality of construction/reputation of the Builder.
The report shared is solely intended for use by the client for rectifications of the snags reported and is the property of Aadhya Didactics Pvt Limited. The report is shared in good faith with the client and the client is authorised to use the report only in support of their claims and the disputes arising in relation to the subject property only against the findings in the report. The professional fee paid by the client at the time of engagement is only for the purpose of the inspection and reporting at the subject property.
Any appearance by any member of Team Nemmadi.in, for representing the client in case of any disputes at any authority, the fee for time spent and appearance will be paid in advance by the client. Nemmadi.in reserves the right to not spend time on the case if not paid in advance.
Because Nemmadi.in is a 3rd party and an independent consultant the report may not be used in any social media, other public forums or for any other purpose than stated explicitly here.
Any other form of unauthorised use or sharing of this report in part or full is not permitted.
The client will have to compensate financially if the company is made to incur any expenses on account of above said actions.
